Ebb & Flow Counseling + Coaching's Story

After working for a health system for the past 13 years as a Clinical Psychologist and more recently as the system's Chief Well-Being Officer, Dr. Collins decided to make a change and launch a private practice in January 2023. She enjoys helping high achieving, busy people who desire improved stress management, less burnout, and a better work/life flow. She named the practice Ebb & Flow because no one is immune to the ups and downs of life, but with professional guidance you can navigate ebbs and flows more effectively and even GROW in the process: Ebb, Flow, Grow.

She also specializes in women's issues, infertility, relationship struggles, life transitions, and adjustments to medical diagnoses. Her PSYPACT credentialing allows her to practice across the 33 (and counting) compact states. See the list of states here.
