Individual counseling sessions focus on addressing and treating mental health symptoms or illnesses. It often involves techniques to explore your past and how it may be influencing your present and future. Your experiences are unique, and so is your path to healing. Our focus together is to help you navigate the Ebbs & Flow of life more effectively and grow from challenges!
We draw on techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.
Fees for Individual Counseling Services
Our individual counseling services are self-pay or "out of network"with insurance plans. Many insurance companies will cover a portion of therapy fees if you provide them with a receipt or "superbill'. We encourage you to call your insurance and talk with them about their reimbursement policy for an "out of network mental health provider" to find out how much they can cover.

Pre Licensed Clinician: sliding scale ($50-$120) based on clinician experience and client financial need
Individual Counseling Session (45-50 min session)

Licensed Psychologist: $190 per 45-50 minute session

Pre Licensed Clinician: sliding scale ($40-100) based on clinician experience and client financial need
