Fees for Executive Coaching
At Ebb & Flow Psychological Associates we believe in transparency and fairness when it comes to fees. Coaching is available on a self-pay basis, as it does not include a mental health diagnosis or treatment.
All sessions are billed at the time of service. Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Credit Card, or FSA/HSA card.
Meet Our Executive Coach
Dörte Heimbeck, PhD
Executive Coach
Dörte Heimbeck, PhD, brings 25 years of experience as an internal and consulting psychologist, primarily within the healthcare sector. Her extensive background has shaped a practical understanding of human behavior and organizational dynamics, especially in large and complex settings.
She is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified professional coach (PCC) and a fellow at the Institute of Coaching at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School. Dr. Heimbeck specializes in wellness and leadership coaching for physicians, advanced practice professionals, leaders, and others, helping clients overcome burnout, reconnect with their purpose, and thrive personally and professionally.
Before moving to Boston, MA, in the Fall of 2023, Dr. Heimbeck served as the Associate Chief Wellness Officer for Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, Florida, where she co-led organizational initiatives to enhance professional well-being. She holds an MS in Psychology with a minor in Medicine from the University of Giessen, Germany, and a PhD in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
