Meet Bernadette
Bernadette Bautista is a doctoral student in the Clinical Psychology (PsyD) program at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). She earned her Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from the University of Delaware and her Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Counseling Psychology from Temple University.
Bernadette has 4 years of experience working in private practice and is passionate about supporting clients as they navigate the many challenges of adulthood, including anxiety, life transitions, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and other personal challenges. She has a particular interest in reproductive health psychology and women's emotional wellness and has found great fulfillment in working primarily with female clients throughout her practice.
Bernadette’s clinical training is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and she strives to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and comfortable sharing their experiences.
Originally from Newark, DE, Bernadette enjoys traveling whenever she has the opportunity. When she's not exploring new places, she loves spending time with friends and family and discovering new restaurants in Philadelphia.
