Dr. Dörte Heimbeck is a healthcare coach and leadership advisor with training in both psychology and medicine. She specializes in physician coaching at all levels and has extensive experience helping healthcare leaders develop confidence, improve communication, and lead high-performing teams.
Dr. Heimbeck formerly served as an Executive Leadership Advisor and Chief Well-Being Officer at an NCI-designated comprehensive cancer center and research institute.
