Meet Krystina

Krystina is a licensed professional counselor in PA, NJ, and VA, as well as a licensed professional clinical counselor in CA. Krystina is a graduate from the University of Scranton, where she received her BS in Psychology and her MS in Community Counseling, obtaining her first clinical license in 2016.
 

Krystina has over 12 years of experience providing individual and group counseling to adults across various settings. She spent most of her time working in community mental health, where she has seen a variety of mental health conditions and life stressors. Her specialty and passion is in women’s health, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, anxiety, life adjustments, parenting, and relationships. 
 

Krystina provides a warm and welcoming space to her therapy sessions. She fosters a safe environment to talk through those challenging emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. She believes the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors to having a positive therapy experience. Her empathy and nonjudgmental attitude, mixed with her clinical approach of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, help clients better understand themselves by focusing on building awareness. She hopes to guide you through life’s challenges, while helping you build the confidence and skills needed to navigate life on your own. 
 

Outside of sessions, Krystina spends her time with her husband, two young boys, and her border collie. She enjoys the beach, hiking, cooking, exercise, and spending time with family and friends. She grew up in NJ, but has lived in Philadelphia for 12 years.
